Goddess Yoga 2024 is going to be lit! I am so excited to be expanding our offerings and growing our beautiful community with all of you! This last year was really the best and most beautiful year of my life, and I am so thankful we are on this journey together! This year I am launching several new initiatives, from online classes (for those of you not in Vienna), to new summer yoga retreat locations and the launch of our Mystic Mansion in Vienna! In the Spirit of 2024
2024 is an 8 universal number, and this year, the universe asks us to step into the spotlight! Are you ready to accept the challenge? The energies are fabulous for manifestation, so take this opportunity to refine your intentions and spend some time on a clear manifestation plan and strategy for this powerful new year! As we all know, setting intentions isn’t enough. We also need to to tirelessly take action toward our dreams. Start writing up a strategy now, or think about creating a vision board!
2024 The Year of the Dragon
2024 will also be the Chinese year of the wood dragon. This will introduce a powerful energy of vitality, passion, and transformation that will bring forth dynamic changes across all aspects of life. Financially, you may experience opportunities for prosperity through bold and innovative ventures, because the Dragon is associated with good fortune and wealth. On your career path, you may witness significant growth and transformation, if you embrace your ambitions with courage and determination.
The Dragon’s influence also extends to matters of love, fostering intense and passionate connections. Your relationships may be marked by a sense of adventure and vitality, with opportunities for personal growth and deepening emotional bonds.

Goddess Yoga Vienna
In the spirit of growth, vitality and passion, I am adding a whole new selection of semi-private classes to the calendar here in Vienna! We have a limited number of spots for each class, so I kindly ask that you send me a whatsapp or an email through the website to reserve your space in advance. Beginning this January 2024, I plan to offer classes on:

Goddess Yoga Online
For my beautiful Goddesses around the world, from Europe to California and beyond, I am finally launching goddess yoga classes online! We will meet through zoom and share the same journey. A full dance inspired yoga flow class with a deep sound bath healing meditation at the end during shavasana. The only thing I won’t be able to offer you is the hands on body work I like to incorporate, but I will send you all some wonderful healing vibes energetically during the sound bath! There are slots that should work for the European Goddesses, as well as my East Coast and West Coast beauties.

If you are interested in energy healing sessions, you are welcome to book as session with me in person in Vienna! I will do energy work, like Reiki, using sound and light touch, depending on what you need at the time. I also love to incorporate Tarot card readings when appropriate. If you would like to have a personalized Tarot card reading with me, this is also available now. Depending on your needs, we can do a quick three card pull, or an in-depth 1 hour reading. Just message me with the details and we will make arrangements to answer your questions and get you on your soul’s path! Tarot card readings are available in person, online via video chat, or even as recorded messages.
Goddess Yoga Retreats 2024
Stephanie and I have been pounding the pavement getting the Summer 2024 Goddess Yoga Retreat schedule on its feet! We will be offering three retreats this year! We have also decided to spread the retreats out over the course of the summer for those of you who might want to join more than one! We really are so excited and I’ll be sharing the details soon!
